Terms of service
This form is for private commissions only. The Artist can be contacted directly to discuss commercial use pieces.
The Artist has the right to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
Full payment is upfront, via Paypal invoice.
Please keep in mind The Artist will ask for Customer's name and address to be put on the invoice, to make it a legal document for accounting purposes.
The Customer's e-mail and personal information will only be used to contact the Customer regarding the commission and for no other purposes.
Refunds may only be issued if the Customer notifies the Artist prior to receiving a sketch. No refunds will be issued after the sketch phase.
The Artist can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Process
Customer submits a request through the Order Form.
The Artist will review the request.
If the request is accepted, the Customer will be e-mailed and asked for details to be put on the invoice.
The Customer will be put on a wait-list, shared on Trello. Once the Artist is ready to start working on their piece, they will receive the invoice.
After the payment is complete, the Artist will begin working on the Commission.
The Artist will prepare a sketch of the composition. The Artist can make adjustments to the sketch based on the Customer's feedback.
Once the sketch is approved, the Artist will draw the lineart with partially completed values and share a preview with the Client. For Lineart/Monochromatic pieces, there will be no additional steps shared.
For fully-rendered pieces, additional steps may be shared to confirm the details and the color palette with the Client.
The Artist can make small adjustments to the final image at no additional cost. Major changes to the composition at this stage will cost extra.
The Artist will provide high-resolution files of the work after the final preview is approved.
The expected completion time is within 4 weeks once the work is started.
Customer does not hold the right to use commissioned images (at any completion stage) in any blockchain-related technology, nor in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
Customer may not use the images for commercial purposes.

“Surprise me” - SKEB-style
This is an experimental commission type where the Customer gives the Artist a character design and description and receives a surprise commission.No preview sketch, no revisions.
The Customer will receive only the final art upon completion.For this type of commission, please place the order at VGen.Currently available option:
